WHERE TO EAT

If we follow the saying, “Tell me what you eat, and I’ll tell you who you are!”, The Dalmatian landscape is without a doubt juicy, colourful, tasty and diverse. Dalmatian cuisine, considered one of the healthiest, has left its mark on this part of the Mediterranean. Local natural products, most notably salt, olives, fresh fruit and vegetables, decadent wines and other delicious gifts from the sea and hinterland, blend perfectly with a pinch of indigenous Mediterranean spices and condiments.
